We are now accepting international orders for our TE Control product lines. Please email us your inquiry. We will do technical review of your requirements and send you a quotation. You can send us a PO after you agree with the quotation. We prefer customers to provide their own shipping account (DHL, FedEX, UPS). We accept major credit cards or by bank wiring. So far we’ve succeeded working with companies in the country of Australia, China, El Salvador, France, India, Israel, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and UK.

 

 

Shipping

 

We ship via UPS/FedEx are subject to UPS/FedEx standards, regulations, and delivery limitations. We will pre-pay and add the freight amount to your order. We also ship via USPS.

 

We reserve the right to adjust the freight amount stated to include both actual UPS/FedEx (or USPS) and handling charges applicable at the time of your order.

 

UPS/FedEx will not ship to P.O. boxes and an additional charge will apply for Saturday delivery, please call for charges. ASD makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, after verifying credit card authenticity.

All of our products have a 100% money back guarantee against defects and faulty workmanship. Shipping and handling are refunded if the return is a result of an error on behalf of accuthermo.com.

 

Any return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

 

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. We check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment but it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Products returned due to customer’s negligence, customer’s mistake or items returned after the deadline date may not be accepted for refund. Any return that does not meet the above criteria may be sent back to the customer.

 

American Sales & Distributing will not be held responsible for a customer’s error, a customer’s ordering the wrong item or size product or a change of mind. Products may still be returned but they will be charged freight both incoming and outgoing. We will also charge a 15% restocking charge for returns or a flat fee of $10.00, whichever is more.

Please call or email us to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA). RMA’s expire 7 days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since amersales.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Clearly print your name, address and RMA on the outside of the package and ship to Accuthermo Technology Corp.
